There once was...

Posted by ChanaW on 7/27/00 at 09:22 (024082)

There once was a gal with bad feet
Who could barely rise out of her seat
She iced and she stretched
She logged on and kvetched
Now her PF is gone, but she's beat!

Not very optimistic, but here goes...

There once was a gal with a heel spur,
And usually nothing got to her.
But right from the start,
She knew in her heart
That her poor feet just aint what they once were!

Hey, these limericks are all pretty good! Scott, perhaps it's time to keep a separate compendium of them all in the 'Humor' section?

It's late, but here goes...

There once was a Pod in a clinic
Who had a bad patient, a cynic.
The patient, he cried,
'I know, but I've tried,
To walk like a duck I can't mimic!'

Bob! Are taking shots at those of us who walk like our little webbed friends?!?!?!?!?

I've actually never seen myself walk (of course) - but we have a comedian (wanna be) at work that does great imitations of how other people walk. Provides us with lots of entertainment. He was demonstrating my little duck walk when we were all out for drinks one night - had everyone (including me) rolling on the floor laughing. If he was close - I can see why everyone thinks I walk funny. May have been a little distorted though - considering he was a big 250 lb 6 ft black guy imitating a little 5 1, 110 pound white woman. Made it all the more comical.

Glad that this provides so many with so much amusement! What is it they say - laugh and the world laughs with you?

She now wears rings on her toes,
what's next - in her nose?!?!
Her family all thinks she's BERZERK.
