Oh, I better add, the seated toe raise, is completely nonweightbearing.
It is more of a toe stretch. I simply sit in a chair and raise my foot up on the ball of the foot and hold it for a short stretch. But all of my weight is still in the chair. I don't raise my foot very far. But it is getting easier. However, I don't suggest anyone in pain try this unless you are under the guidance of a physical therapist. It is much harder to do than a towel pull.
