It sounds like your growth plates where the achilles tendon attaches is aggravates. This is called Sever's disease or apohysitis. Very common in both boys and girls. The treatment is rest. heel cups . How long have you had this problem For more information go to the search engine on this site and look under sever's diseasse. If no luck go to my web site http://www.footspecialist.com and read the article that I wrote about this condition . It is under children feet.

I've had this since I was about 6 or 7.The pain when I bend my foot to walk is right in the middle of my foot.It feels like I need to walk on something sharp like a rock or something,Its very weird.

It is very common to get a coalition either of bone or cartlage between different bones in the foot. These can be looked for by a range of motion test followed if need be by x-rays then a MRI. These coalitions can cause a spasem in the peronial muscles which is then felt under the arch.
