Endoscopic Plantar Fascitis

Posted by TeresaH on 11/14/00 at 18:34 (032746)

I have suffered through pain for a few years now and I am still suffering 11 weeks post-op with the same foot. I feel that it is worse now than before surgery.

I am unable to put my heal down all the way when I walk. I went back to work a few weeks ago and when I get home in the evening my feet are burning with pain. When I go to get up, I can hardly walk.

My x-rays showed heel spurs on both feet but my orthopedic surgeon did not remove them. Could this be causing my constant pain?

I have an appointment with a foot specialist to get a second opinion. Any advice?

It is possible if the pain was at the insertion of the pf. Get an MRI this will tell you where your are You should consider ESWT if the pain is at the insertion of the plantar fascia
