Docs - is surgery for Baxter's Neuritis essentially the same as surgery for PF release?

The baxer operation is an open large incison procedure that involves alot more pain and longer healing time. It still has about a 10-15 % no relief or continual pain Most of the time when you are doing open plantar fascia surgery the surgeon cuts this nerve due to being so small.
