Thanks Doctor Z.

Posted by Kim W. on 4/27/01 at 07:35 (045938)

I have tried the Dynosteps and have had reat success with them. After trying tapping (wich gave me achilies tendon problems, custom made orthotics (wich made my feet hurt as well) and other over teh counter brands of orthos these that failed to do the job, these little inexpensive devises have been doing the trick. Thank you for your input. Now I am walking without pain.

Clarification: are these the 'Dr. Scholls Dynastep Sport Insert' that I've seen selling for as little as $12 (at drugstore.com) that you are referring to? Dr. Scholls' inserts have been of no help to me in the past, but maybe this one marks a worthwhile change for the better...

I believe this is the one. It is a U shaped inserts. Worth a try.

Sorry, yes you are right . I forgot this was the post where I asked if Dr. Shoenhaus/Jay (?) from PCPM has developed this insert. I must be suffering from heelspur.com trauma

Sorry to give credit to the wrong doctor. Both of you have given me excellent advice. I see Dr Zuckermans replys so much I gave him credit wthout rememebering others have offered their medical advice to the cite. As I already said Thank you for the advice it hasd help tremendously. I will try to give credit where credit is due from now on.
