Plantar fascia, morton's neuroma surgery and now TTS

Posted by ken bayou on 5/17/01 at hrmin (048132)

I had epf and morton's neuroma surgery. It has been
7 months now still more foot pains than before .
I have numbness in the three middle toes, and arch
pain in the middle . Also, i now have venous engorge-
ment in the post tibial nerve of the ankle. I have
ncv and mri test confirming it to be TTS. Not ready
to have another! Seems like one problem created a
new problem. No luck at all. Can anyone give advice
to this crippling cycle of foot problems and pain!
Please e-mail at kpgbus1@hotmail.com Thanks !!!!!!

I have the same feeling of numbness in the three middle toes. It is worse in the middle one. I had it for about ten years. Until 1996. That's when I started doing aerobics daily and the numbness stopped. I didn't have it again until I stopped doing the excersizes in 2000 due to arthritis pain. Now the numbness is back. I believe it is caused by poor circulation. Also if I eat sugary foods it seems to make it worse.
