Is this TTS

Posted by JenR on 6/12/01 at 23:24 (050570)

I have a strong electric shock feeling that tingles in my heels when I walk down stairs or bend over to pick something up off the floor. It all seemed to start when I began a walking exercise program a a couple of months ago. Went to Dr. and he said rest it, use ice, stretch it, use Advil, and if you still have it in 6 weeks come back and see me. I want to begin my walking again and it doesn't seem to be any better 3 weeks later. Is this TTS? Does anyone have any thoughts or ideas on how to make it better faster? thanks Jen

Most people who have TTS don't feel it in their heels (that's not to say it CAN'T happen). What has your doctor said? Have they run any tests?
