Hi,

This sounds more like achilles tendonitis with a calcificaton where the tendon goes into the bone. Rest, an evaluation to rule out tear of this very important tendon is very important. No bare feet. and no extreme activity such as any long walks or sports. Get to the podiatrist and get a complete evaluation.
