I know Glenn has posted some good exercises for wrist problems but I also think it's wise to use those stretches as preventative medicine as well. As much as we are all on here it tells me we are all susceptible to the dreaded wrist trouble....I also saw a girl that has CTS today.
I have begun doing the stretches and using my chinese silver balls so I don't end up with CTS as well as PF. Between my feet and everythign else it's a wonder my day doesn;'t consist of ONLY stretching and going to bed!!!
