Have question on New Balance shoes

Posted by Donna M on 9/09/01 at 02:11 (059587)

I've read where so many of you talk about the New Balance shoes. Before I go to town looking, would like to find out opinions! Which do you think are best? I think you all say the ones with a 'rollbar'~~I think??!! What are the numbers to look for on this style? Do NB seen to run true to size, like are they wider/narrower, if you wear a 6½ do you need to get a smaller/bigger size, etc.
Would just like to have some idea before I go checking!!
Thanks!

look for the 853,854 and up donna. try them on late in the day with the socks you will be wearing an allow at least 1/2' room in front of your toes.

Some New Balance models run true to size and some do not. The models made in the US tend to run a bit larger than the Asian manufactured models.

If you have heel pain, consider the New Balance 1121 or 587.
