SESMOIDITIS

Does anyone know if this is a Chronic condition?

It can be chronic and very painful. The flexor tendon runs next to these bones. Sometimes you need to have one of these bones usually the tibial sesamoid removed if the bone is broken. Very typical condition to be broken. The only true way to tell if broken is with comparison x-ray of both feet.
