Wet Feet

what is it called when you have wet feet all the time? On your feet long hours causing the foot to sweat and stay wet.

Make sure you wear shoes that breath, either vented athletic or real leather. Also try bringing a change of socks and swap them at lunch or middle of day. Another good trick we use in the skiboot biz, put roll on antiperspirant on your feet. It works for many, just make sure it is antiperspirant and not just deoderant. If you do all of those it should help your feet feel less damp.

But don't put the anti-perspirent on your heels - I just put it on the arches etc.

If I put it on my heels they really dry out.

Keep the anti-perspirent away from in between the toes. I like Sana Balm foot powder. Works great
