Hi there

Posted by Sebastian on 2/08/02 at 16:02 (073074)

Hi there, I've been a lurker for about a year now and just thought I'd say hi. I've had PF since I was 22, I'm now 27. The Docs said it was suppost to go away in six months, yadda, yadda.
Well, with the help of the info on this web site and other self care, I have been able to continue my martial arts sword work.
The great news is I'm going to try for my Shodan rank in two weeks! This is roughly equivalent to a black belt.
I deal with pf daily, slow in healing, quick in reinjuring (even with care)
Doing swordwork is sometimes painful, but it actually stretches out my foot and is building my leg muscles back up.
I still can't run, and standing in one place is rough, but I've come a long way.
Also hurray for New Balance!
