Everything is going pretty good...I've been asleep most of the time, so this is the first time I got to go online...The pain is minimal right now, and does anyone have any suggestions durin recovery?
Thanks
Ken

Ken---I am 3 1/2 months Post op TTS release. My best advice to you is
ICE and ELEVATION. Especially the first few days. I still go to bed
at night often times with an ice pack on my foot. It does amazing things.
Best wishes for your recovery!

hi, i am almost 3 months into my tts and pf release surgery. i am doing ok but still on leave from work. i am having some problems with scar tissue and inflamation. now i have been diagnosed with tts in my other foot. the pain is so much better since the surgery. more like a healing pain not the tts or pf pain.
