I am wodnering if you study biomechanics and it's relation to Pf...(lower extremities)? Fixing PF is good...but what about the REASON the PF occured if it's not just the pronating? What if it's the hips?
Want your thoughts when you get time...I have been reading about this more and more lately...

There are many reasons for excessive pronation including hip problems. Exessive pronation is the compensation for lower extremity problems that can occur in the foot knee, hips and lower back.
