Have any links to articles to help educate people about PF?

My roomate keeps bringing up walking as good excersize to try to motivate me. I finally snapped at her last night and then apologized...and told her I was going to leave some short articles on the counter for her since she seems to have a hard time understanding how I could hurt myself by walking a lot.

Another friend is getting married, here all the way from Europe, and I can only read a bible verse in the wedding...I am unable to stand for 30 minutes which I would have to be a bridesmaid in her wedding. Someday I may forward her an article (long after the wedding) if the opportunity presents itself. She too does not seem to understand but is so caught up in the wedding (it takes place this Saturday) that I don't want to educate her right now till later.

Thanks.

Print out the heel pain book off this site and do a search on http://www.webmd.com and on http://www.google.com
But the one from here should suffice...it's about as informative as you can get.
Best to stay away from people when you are feeling sensitive about PF...pain can make us very mean.
