re; how common are maajor tear in pf also how common detcahment

i was looking thru papers in joournal section and never really understood if pf and teear with detachment (onan mri finfing) are the saem or separate what would be the likely causes if a 'tear/detachment of medial facia' is uncommon thanks again

That is hard to do but there are several ways it can occur. Cortisone shots, over stretching, trauma. What occured in your case?

All three, firwst tramau then 3 shots then another trauma occurred in an agressive weight lifting cycle PT over stretched to pain too often so guess not a surprise

I think its time to look at what you are doing. I would eliminate the squats if that is what you are doing. Also lungs, Standing miltary press also will aggrivate the problem. I would also elimate tread mill on incline if you are doing this.
