A Neuroma is an entrapement of the interdigital nerves. Pain typically is shoting and radiating in the ball of the foot and toes. Typically wider, thicker soled shoes help quite a bit. Injection therapy along with physical therapy help. A sclerosing regimen can be don to shrink the nerve down.
