planters fasciatis

Posted by Gerri C on 6/14/02 at 23:13 (087655)

I have been having 'conservative'treatment since last Oct. 8 different rounds of anti-inflamatories, cortisone injections, physical therepy, etc. nnow I am in a Cam boot to keep the heel/foot immobile for 3 weeks. Would accupuncture be a treatment? Would water aerobics be ok to do? Thanks.

Hi Gerri:

Accupuncture is a treatment. I have seen mixed results with this modality. It is worth trying. Water aerobics would be fine.
