Joint mobilization for tarsal tunnel syndrome? Helpful?

Would joint mobilization done in physical therapy help tts sufferers?

There is little to lose by trying but it is not a modality that generally has a significant effect on TTS.

Thank you for your response Dr. Davis. I already tried iontophoresis and stretching exercises with no luck. Do you think custom made orthotics would be more beneficial than going back to pt for joint mobilization?
