I found an interesting site and I thought I would post it here in case anyone is interested in taking a look. It may already have been posted before by someone else and if so, here it is again. One interesting thing it mentions is to put a heating pad at the end of the bed and in the morning plug it in and warm up the calf muscles, then massage the warmed muscles and only after that is done you would stand up. Sounds like a bit of a process, but if it works, I guess it might be good. It says not to sleep with the heating pad on, however, since you could burn yourself. Even on low setting the temp can get up to around 120 degrees, I think. Here's the link: http://www.coachr.org/planfasc.htm
Anyway, hope this link works. I am leaving for a week, so if it doesn't work, I apologize in advance and I won't be here to retry it.
