I heard that losing weight will significantly help many feet problems, and that 200 ug chromium with each meal will help with losing weight. Is this true? Is this safe? What is chromium? Do you buy it in the store with the vitamins?
P.S. I copy and pasted - I assume they mean 200 mg.
