Tarsal tunnel

Whats the typical age for someone to get tarsal tunnel syndrome? (if there even is one). Also how long is the post operative recovery period?

You can get tarsal tunnel syndrome at any age, but I think it more often happens to people age 40+

And the post-op recovery period is typically several months, and it can be up to a year or more. Surgery is not the first treatment to try for this condition because the surgery is risky (it can make the problem WORSE), and the recovery is long (and often very painful).
