I have seen this presented at conventions. It was being pushed as a treatment for PN previously but, to the best that I could determine had fair results, at best in that area. It is related to diathermy, as a form of deep heat. The manufacturer implies that that specific form or heat is somehow unique or superior to others -- I am a bit skeptical.
