I am and arena football player and I sprained my ankle 6 weeks ago, the swelling has gone away but the bone is still very tender. I have to keep playing so I was wondering if there is anything I can do to help it heal other than resting it? I was also wondering if there are supplements that can speed up the healing process? Does running on it potentially make it worse or just prolong the healing?
