bicycle peddling and TTSPosted by bill on 5/19/03 at 17:50 (119315)
First time question.
I have severe numbness, tingling, pain in both feet and ankles ; especially at night. I have long time lower back problems and blamed that for my foot problems. Recently I was diagnosed with perphiral neurapathy
(idiopathic). In other words, the doc's don't know what is causing it but don't think it is the back. I workout EVERY DAY for about 30 minutes on a recumbent exercise bike, and have for many years. My question...Is there evidence that this type of exercise contributes to to TTS and thus peripheral neurapathy? Thanks for your opinions
