I had both my feet operated on for tarsal tunnel release, and it has been over a year, and I am still in pain. I have about 15 minutes a day that I am pain free, which is right when I wake up. Good luck with your pain, and hopefully you will feel better soon.

Have you tried neurotin? I had severe pain in my foot due to ganglion cyst which formed around my calcaneal nerve. I had this removed May 19th. and am pain free...but I'm still on 1600 mg of neurotin. I've been on this since the end of March and it has helped my considerably.
