I am doing my stretching exercises (the wall stretches aka runner stretches) to alleviate my symptoms of achilles tendonitis. I noticed that my left arch is sore even more. It is also more irritable. Is this normal?

the problem here is that most people have a tendency to overstretch or stretch improperly. We end up reinjuring the area and it is to late. If you are new to strtching then i really recommend that you take it very slow. Those wall stretches are great for many people but for some of us they are killers.....take it slow....
