I like the wall stretch. . We hold the tendon is place against the wall for ten second three times daily. There should be no pain in the foot when doing this. If there is move the feet closer to the wall. There is also a device called the Personal Foot Trainer that is very good for stretching the achilles. Use the search engine for additional information
