ok I now have my orthotics and they appear to be helping but i sweat in them and am slipping all over the place.how do i stop this?help please!!!

Would it help to use bath/talcum powder on your feet, and tie your shoes a little more snugly? How about socks? That's all I can think of, but then I haven't had that slipping problem.

Good luck and I hope you find a solution to the problem. You don't need blisters too!

is that with or without socks? I tend to do the same without socks...but the baby powder works great.

What are the orthotics covered with? Vinyl top covers tend to be the most slippery and cause more sweat (they are popular since vinyl is cheap).
Leather top covers tend to be less slippery and suede, often the best in this regard.
