Yet another view from Le ContinentPosted by R C on 9/26/03 at 09:57 (131121)
A Frenchman is peddling a deck of cards that counters the U.S. deck of Most Wanted Iraqis. The French deck identifies Donald Rumsfeld as the Ace of Spades, George Bush as the Kind of Diamonds. This same Frenchman denies that the 9/11 attack on the Pentagon was not the work of Islamic terrorists, but rather of the U.S. military junta.

And we still have people in the US complaining about Bush not being effective enough in getting our 'allies' to go along with us. I have switched to domestic brie.

Making comments about conspiracies on 9/11 will only tik people off. It doesn't help ease the tentions between our countries.
Has anyone noticed that Rumsfeld isn't making as many TV appearences? Norman Shwartzkoff (SP?) did not have one nice thing to say about the man in a recent interview. He did not approve of the use of media to promote his cause. There are some hard feelings between the military and Rumsfeld. It was interesting. Did anyone else see the interview?

We are only reacting to the situation. Remember that we were the ones attacked and then bashed by an 'ally.'
Rumsfeld has a reputation as tough cost cutter so he has had his share of run ins with the brass. I would not try to read any further into this until there is more info.
