Most of what I read about PF is that your hels hurt when getting out of bed. I have been diagnosed with PF, however, when I first get out of bed my feet feel great. Does anyone know of success stories for my type of PF? If so, please tell me WHICH MACHINE worked.

Jimmy - whether you are likely to get any benefit depends on whether you have pain at the insertion point in the heel, since this is where they zap. Many of use have atypical PF (no first step pain), and, frankly, the success rate with ESWT is not as good. However, you have have pain at the insertion, there's a good chance you will get some relief. If you don't have pain in your heels, you are not likely to benefit from ESWT.

All of the machines have a roughly similiar success rate. I have been treated with the Sonicur (low energy) and the Dornier (high).
