Hi Melinda

I have had 7 acupuncture sessions and it seems to help a bit. I cannot quantify the results, but I am glad I tried it.

Tried it and it eased the pain somewhat for a few hours, but it had no lasting effect.

I should add, however, that acupuncture was surprisingly effective with other things (e.g., digestive problems).

Wow you must not no how to follow instuctions very well. It worked for me in a week! hehehe, you know it would help most of you to get out and walk the problem off like I do,,,,,when I strained my foot I walked two miles and the cramps whent away! I wonder why? And such babble heads tell me to stay off my feet? Then why is it worse when you set all day and bette when you walk around all day..........Freind you should go seek your advise to a medical clinic and yes the treatments worked on me fine, all ecept it made me a bonehead from time to time

Hi Melinda,

I tried about 6-8? sessions and I still had bad PF. One session though was remarkable - I'd been having really bad heal pain, and 70% of the pain abated when she inserted a particular needle. But that was just one time...

On the flip side, it did wonders for my allergies!
