I understand that there is no clear verdict on which machine is best for ESWT, but I seem to be reading a number of postings on this board that say that after being treated by the Dornier machine there was improvemet followed by a setback. Is this true for the Ossatron machines and Sonorex?
Is there less of a rate of setbacks using lower frequency ESWT?
Any thoughts on this?

Dan - I don't think you can generalize about this i.e., I don't think the setback rate is different per machine. Setbacks probably depend on a host of factors -- state of the fasica, activity level, etc.
