Time span for orthotics to help?

Posted by Bruce M. on 11/21/03 at 08:15 (138215)

Richard, Realistically- How long can it take for an orthotic to help tarsal tunnel syndrome? The podiatrist says about 5 months and that seems like a long time to me, so I wanted your opinion? thanks, B.

Everyone is different. Some have had instant relief...others up to six months. What you do not want to do is over do it, and suffer a set back.
