Usually the TTS pain is radiating to the bottom of the foot and or the calf area. Numbness, burning, tingling are some the types of pain. Can it be localized just to the inner ankle.? It is possible, but ususally there are other area of symptomatogy or pain.
The history, examination and the type of pain are all very important when trying to determine if the patient has TTS, tendonitis and or pf.
