Hello I'd like to talk with people over the phone who are experiencing a lot of pain from there PF. I'd like to compare pain levels. My pain is 24/7 is yours?? I have unlimited long distance minutes on the weekends. Email your phone number to (email removed) and let me know the best time to call. You must live in the United States. Thanks, Michael

I am curious, Michael. I see you have asked this questions before. Is it that you are not sure that PF is the correct diagnosis? If you had several responses saying - ya, I have pain 24/7 and my pain is a 6-7 on a scale of 1-10. What would you infer or do differently.

I had pain 24/7 at a level of 7 or 8 on a scale of 10 until I had surgery 9 weeks ago. From reading earlier post I think PF is what you're expierencing. If you want to call Sunday anytime will be fine.239-458-0660

how has your pain been since your surgery???? My left foot has been driving me crazy the last month. I have had pain 24/7. pain ranges from 3-4 around the house and in bed to as high as 7 at work (on my feet) my right foot bothers me too BUT nothing like the left foot.
My pod has been after me to go swimming. I hate the water! I don't think I could swim across my bath tub ! but tonight I went to the pool and used a kick board and fins and went back and forth for 20 min. I have been pain free in both feet for three hours now. I just got back from walking around the store for 45 min.pain free :O) we will see how work goes tonight. In two days it will be five weeks since my ESWT treatment. I have felt no different since the treatment. I know they say 6 to 8 weeks before you feel imporvement. so I am patiently waiting

My PF pain is gone. I had the surgery 9 weeks ago and slowly it got better every week since. Every once in a while my arch of the foot will hurt from the surgery, sort of like a bruise but it is slowly going away too. Keep in touch with me and let me know your progress with the ESWT. Ron if you don't enjoy swimming ,I use a floatation device that goes around my waiste and the I put a noodle under my arms this keeps my straight up in down in the water. I then jog in place for an hour or two everyday. There's no impact on your feet. It's about the only excercise I do right now. I'm going to give the surgery a couple more months before I start any impact training.

Please forgive me if I am wrong...but that seems a little odd to me. Perhaps an advertisement?

I agree with Richard on this. Do not leave your number under any circumstance. Some of us who have known each other for a long time-years exchange e-mail and over time have given each other phone numbers. I have some great conference calls with some of our members.

John why would anyone want to contact me a person whos feet hurt? What would they try and sell me a bottle of vitamins for $6.99 who cares. All I want is to talk to some one who is in the same boat I am in to compare notes. Michael
