Dr Z
It has been seven weeks since my ESWT. I have noticed a slight improvement over the last few days. I have been doing the yoga stretches and swimming. My problem is driving home after working on my feet all night. I get a burning pain on the outside of my foot. My pod says he thinks its nerves. He suggests trying acupuncture. I know people here have tried acupuncture for PF with not much success. but what about for nerve pain ? I know my insurance doesn't cover acupuncture.
another thing he suggested was going to a chiropractor for Graston treatment. This sounds a little painful. I would appreciate your thoughts on acupuncture and Graston. Thankyou.

Not really sure if that is your problem. I would need to know where this pain is coming from . It could be peroneal brevis tendonitis
