My MRI showed tenosynovitis of the flexor hallucis and flexor digitorum. My symptoms include strictly pain in this area with no numbess or tingling. My qustion is would tenosynovitis be regarDed as a SPACE
OCCUPYING LESION WITHIN THE TARSAL TUNNEL TO WARRANT SURGREY???????

Would need to review the MRI to determine if you have a space occupying lesion instead of a tendonitis. Get a second opinion .
