i have used rigid full lenght orthotics for awile and develpoed tts. What the hell i thought these were supose to prevent this. What type of orthoitcs do you use for your tts?

I use custom made rigid orthotics made by my podiatrist, three quarter length with arch support that seem to work well with support stockings and a good shoe that supports the ankle. My TTS seems to really hurt when I am barefooted at home. They think my TTS is caused by fallen arches which pinches the tarsal tunnel. Carol S
