surgery questions

Is there any surgical way that you can have your foot reduced in by size and width?

Yes if you have a bunion deformity or other deformites such as hammer toes and bunionette deformity. Remember if the foot is working correctly without pain then try to avoid any type of foot surgery

Dr. Z is correct. If there is no pain, surgery would certainly not be recommended. There is a new wave of patients requesting 'cosmetic' foot surgery and the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons as well as the Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Society have put out statements that oppose foot or ankle surgery for strictly cosmetic reasons. Naturally, if a foot is painful, reduction of pain and a good cosmetic result are the goals of surgery. But if there is no pain, surgery is a very high risk due to potential post op complications.
