in the meantime as i save up for the video,
can i just do those 5 stretches?
is it enough? to reduce pain by 70%?
i know with michaels help you got 95% better .... but in the meantime????

Jon - anything to stretch your lower leg muscles would be moving in the right direction. The trick is to get your tight lower leg muscles to release 'enough' to stop the tearing of the PF - I do not think you can 'Do it Yourstlf'...
