powerstep insoles

how long are the powerstep insoles good for? ive been using them for about a year for heel spurs.i recently changed shoe brands and now i cant seem to get the pain in control like before. you also mentioned the possiability of tarsal tunnel, will the insoles have any effect (good or bad) on this. thanks

Powerstep will last anywhere from six months to years. Change the powerstep insert and see how they help you. They have a money back return policy. Great insert I use them in my office all the time

I also use PowerSteps in my practice and agree that the PowerSteps can last several months to years. If your feet were feeling great until you changed to a new shoe, you may need a new pair of PowerSteps but you also must consider that it may be the shoe, shoe style, etc., especially if the recurrence of pain coincided with the new shoes.
