Have had PF for a couple of years. Have been working this past week with lower leg muscle stretches after a couple serious bouts of re-injury. Has been much better the past few days and the stretching is doing the trick. Am trying massage also, in addition to a non-steroidal anti-inflam. Definitely getting more aggressive with my therapy to prevent annoying re-injury. Wear orthotics already due to flat feet, and am trying a nylon boot thing to stabilize my right ankle during the day.

Do very careful with being aggressive. Once the pain is gone continue with your stretching. I really like the personal foot trainer if used properly it can do wonders. I applaud your perservance
