Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome always present itself with burning , tingling &numbness?

I was wondering if tts is always presenting itself as pain into the toes and burning on the bottom of hte foot?

I had severe pain in my big toe, and the one next to it, and burning sensation in my arch. That was five years ago, and after cortisone injections, it evolved into numbness with tingling for four years. Also, my ankle has been swollen for five years. I tend to think that none of us have the exact same symptoms, because we tend to have different causes for our TTS; mine was varicose veins.
