Thak you for responding to my questions it is greatly appreciated as i encounter this battle with FHL Tenosynovitis.
HAve you ever heard of a cream or gel based steroid anti inflammatory that is used for tendonits/tenosynovitis called KIPGEL? Does it work?
My pharmacist called it:
Hence K I P G E L

It just sounds like an acronym that someone made up. There are a lot of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications that can be placed into a topical medication by a compounding pharmacist. We tend to use more topical ibuprofen because it is mass produced, thus lower in price.
