Fate of Elliott????Posted by Pauline on 6/25/04 at 09:41 (153896)
Does anyone know what verdict Scott pass to Elliott posting? Was he banned or has he just chosen not to post anymore?
Re: Fate of Elliott????Dr. Z on 6/25/04 at 10:12 (153902)
Why would Elliott be banned? He always comes and goes. I am sure if you e-mail Scott directly he would tell you.
Re: Fate of Elliott????Pauline on 6/25/04 at 10:15 (153903)
I thought Scott had put it up for a vote of the people on the board. Since I don't email Scott and never voted I haven't heard what the tally was.
Just wondering how the vote turned out.

I must of missed this one. I didn't vote either.

I didn't see anything about elliot being banned but then again I don't frequent the other boards to much...just the ss and tts. Occasionally the treatment board.
Elliot comes and goes. Sometimes I see him posting for a short period of time and then he's gone for a while. We are all busy enjoying the summer months so I wouldn't be surprised if he's doing the same.
best wishes marie

Ok. Lets see if I can get him to come . Elliott the success rate for ESWT is 100%. The placebo is zero %. All patients from Maryland will be charged double for ESWT and triple if it does help them.

Pauline, I never knew of any vote concerning Elliott. Of course I stopped scanning the ESWT board some time ago as it seemed to be so filled with bickering, and I didn't have much frame of reference for the discussions there other than general interest in anything that helps PF sufferers.
I have often appreciated Elliott's tenacity, intelligence, and research while not always agreeing with his presentation. (I know he would not always agree with my choices in posting, either, but that's o.k.!) However, I would certainly not vote against his posting. I believe he challenges people to think, and that's a good thing.
Well, that's my two cents worth on the subject! I had just assumed Elliott was taking a break.
Re: Fate of Elliott????Pauline on 6/25/04 at 12:13 (153918)
Well I too just hope he's just taking a break. His posts did challenge people to think.

Maye Elliot disrespected the wrong people and now he has a concrete relationship with jimmy hoffa or maybe he had pf and someone made him cement shoes and took him to soak his feet in the lake so his pf would get better. Or maybe his calculator blew up while he was trying to prove that ESWT is not 92% effective. O' well I never trusted anyone who tried to tell that 1 + 1 is not 2. I'de light a candle for him or say kaddish or buy a mass card if I only knew which applied.

Re: Fate of Elliott????MARK L on 6/26/04 at 05:52 (153962)
Does anyone really care who Pauline thinks I am or about anything else about Pauline- I AM and that's all that's important.
I know who Pauline is- she is the ant at your picnic-the mosquito at your BBQ- the boil on your butt-the nail in your shoe- the wrong number in the middle of the night- the flat tire in a rain storm-She is everything annoying. GET OUT OF MY FACE PAULINE x-(

May I suggest that you kids take your bikering back to the ESWT board or some other place of your choosing. Alternatively, find something else to occupy your time.

Marie: I would sure vote for Margaret Thatcher. One tough Lady. Her Doctors advised her not to make the trip to Regan's funeral and she not only came but flew on to California. Her lovely speech that was given at the funeral was made a year ago or longer as she had been ill and wanted to be able to speak when he died. She of course had a stroke and could not speak. Her funeral dress she purchased over a year ago and carried it with her on all her trips in case
Regan died while she was out of country. I think history will judge this lady warmly. She came along at the right time.
Re: Fate of Elliott????marie on 6/28/04 at 23:56 (154136)
Yes indeed. Margret Thatcher did a very good job! I so enjoyed her tribute to Reagon. How fortunate it was that she had made it at an earlier time. She was a great prime minister and will be remembered as such.
Re: Fate of Elliott????john h on 6/30/04 at 11:34 (154237)
OK Marie I know you did this on purpose!! Even I the worst speller in the history of Scott's board spells his name Regan ont Reagon??? Is this some sort of psycho slip?
