For those who have had success with TFM, ART or Graston

Do you know if you have spurs in your heels? I was asking my PT about various types of massage, and he opined it might not be good for me as I have spurs on the bottoms of both heels. After nearly four months of conservative treatment (RICE, night splints, orthotics, physical therapy, taping, cortisone), I'm seeing little change in my condition. I don't know that I'm a good candidate for ESWT (my pod has suggested it's next), as my fascias are within normal size range (3.2 and 3.5mm) on ultrasound. I'm just wondering what I should try next.

If you find the right PT, doctor etc., they should be able to feel where the spurs are and work around them.
