Some Information on Neurograms

Posted by Darlene on 7/13/04 at 20:40 (155360)

I did a little research today on neurograms. It is a type of MRI diagnostic tool that is specifically set up to analyze nerves. Apparently it's good for diagnosing tts and neuromas. The website is http://www.neurography.com . The cost without insurance is $1800 and there are just a handful of machines in the U.S. - mainly California.
Has anyone tried this out?

Maybe a good place to ask this question would be on the neuropathy.org board. I will post there to see if anyone has used it. Many of the PN suffer's have had TTS and PF surgeries just then find out they have PN.

I still don't have a diagnosis, other than the original Morton's neuroma. Anything you find would be appreciated.
